  • For In-Person 5 Day Courses abroad, the pay is £750-£900 (incl. stat holiday pay) This will be pro-rated for 3 and 4 day courses

Job Description

  • Lead a group of up to 24 children between 10am- 3pm each day using Role Models course content. This will involve leading discussions, facilitating games and challenges and helping the children develop their skills.
  • Be responsible for the behaviour, safety and welfare of all children in your group (including breaks and lunchtime)
  • Support admin tasks such as attendance keeping, report writing etc
  • Help set up from 8:30am and clean up until 4pm each day
  • Courses run for either 3,4 or 5 consecutive days during the school holidays

Person Specification

  • Must have significant experience with young people (e.g teacher, teaching assistant, tutor, summer camp leader etc)
  • Must be able to commute to the Greater London area
  • Huge energy and positivity
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Good attention to detail and well organised
  • A fun and friendly team player
  • Adaptability and able to use initiative
  • Passion for children's mental health

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £675.00 - £900.00 per week
