Edinburgh College of Art is seeking to recruit a Course Administrator to join the team.
The Opportunity
The post-holder will be responsible for the administration of ECA’s courses providing high quality administrative support to academics and students. The post holder is assigned responsibility for a set of courses but works as part of a wider subject area team ensuring consistently high quality support and a welcoming environment (online and in person) for both students and teaching staff.
Your Skills and Attributes for Success:
- School education to Standard Grade or equivalent plus relevant work experience.
- Accurate, thorough and methodical approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strongly developed sense of service delivery and customer/student focussed approach
- Resourcefulness and ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision to achieve SASS aims.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work as part of a team in a busy office.
- Able to make own decisions and exercise judgement.
- Competent and proven IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new/enhanced systems.
- A demonstrable commitment to the principles and practices of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
