Part of a highly motivated Freight Forwarding / Courier team
Full training will be given , you need to be
Computer literate , confident in learning new systems
Strong communication skills - over the phone , email and face to face
Attention detail with strong organisational skills and have a proactive work ethic
Be able to work under pressure as an individual and as part of a team
Role will be office based -
responding to emails
answering calls from customers
raising necessary courier labels from internal system
quoting customers
monitoring and updating all deliveries assisting with any problems
Giving 100% customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
