Title: Counterbalance Driver / Goods In Operative
****IMMEDIATE START FORKLIFT WORK****
The Best Connection Employment Group are recruiting a Counterbalance FLT DRIVER on behalf of our client, a manufacturing company local to the Smethwick area of Birmingham. This role is on-going and could lead to a permanent placement after a successful trial period.
**Candidates will need an accredited in date Counterbalance licence, an up-to-date CV and will be chosen based on a successful face to face interview**
Responsibilities of the FLT driver:
- Processing order sheets for incoming and outgoing goods
- Processing stock levels through computer systems
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles with a counterbalance forklift truck
- Working in an efficient and timely manner
- General warehouse duties
- Adhering to health & safety practices
- Completion of all required paper work
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- In date accredited counterbalance forklift license
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Good time keeping
- Motivation
- Good attention to detail
- Fantastic communication and computer skills
- 5-year referenceable work history
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 07.30am - 16.00pm
- Friday 7.30am - 15.00pm
