Fraser’s Fish and Chips in Helston is looking for Part-time and Full-time staff in both our Takeaway and Kitchen.
Customer service and community are close to our hearts, an award winning business that cherishes sustainable practices and responsibly sourced fish, selling Cornish products where we can. We’re looking for a fun, neat and tidy personality to join our team and help us serve top notch fish and chips to the town of Penzance.
Working on the counter will include serving customers on the takeaway, boxing up meals and handling orders from our click and collect system. (Some IT-proficiency is required to do this work effectively)

Working in the kitchen will require a knowledge of Food Hygiene and workplace safety. Cutting, portioning, and frying fish. Serving chips, mushy peas/ curry sauce, chicken and more. Using our food safety management to cater for and serve Gluten free fish and chips.
Fraser’s operates all year round, with the peak summer season being our busiest period. The ability to work under pressure and keep a cool head is essential. Occasionally we may ask you to wear a silly hat. Uniform provided, Opening hours will increase as the season arrives, typically 4-8.30 Our team benefits from a 33% discount and flexible working schedules. Training using our unique in-house system will be provided.
Hourly pay depending on age and experience, and the completion of in-house training matrixes will result in further increases in pay.

Part-time hours: 16-32 per week
Salary: £7.00-£11.00 per hour
