Counsellor Role - Flexible Hours Based on Referrals

Professional Counsellor/CBT Therapists:
We are seeking BACP/BABCP/UKCP/NCS accredited (or submitted) therapists, specialising in CBT or integrative therapy. As a practitioner, you will develop written content, review and research creative content for our online "Discover Your Freedom" membership platform. Your focus will be working with corporate client referrals, addressing issues such as anxiety, postnatal depression, stress, relationships, bereavement, mild trauma, and general mental health concerns. You should be proficient in creating digital content in written, video, audio, or presentation formats, demonstrating excellent English writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working one day a week, with hours dependent on client referrals from private health care
- Reviewing current membership content
- Researching the latest evidence-based coaching and therapy techniques
- Creating written, audio, and video content for the membership platform
- Assisting with initial, mid, and final assessments
- Hosting monthly masterclass question and answer sessions
- Remote work is available, but occasional visits to HQ may be required for content creation and boardroom meetings
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Graduate, Part-time, Full-time
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay:
- £23.00 per hour for creating and reviewing digital content
- £40.00 per teams/Zoom session for answering questions
Part-time hours: 8-16 hours per week, depending on corporate client referrals
