We recently entered into partnership with Jaguar Land Rover to provide mental health services at a number of their sites across the UK and are delighted to be recruiting qualified and accredited Counsellors to join our dedicated JLR teams in the Gaydon or Coventry working on a hybrid basis. Please specify on your application if you are interested in opportunities on a remote or hybrid working basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver high quality mental health assessment and contracted counselling treatment to Jaguar Land Rover employees in a hybrid role via remote video and face to face sessions
- Deliver group psychoeducation sessions
- Promote mental health wellbeing in the workplace via Webinar sessions
- Contribute to development of the JLR service
- Fortnightly individual supervision and specially curated weekly team CPD programme, which alternates between training, peer supervision, self-care and team business meeting slots
- Provision of annual development plan within annual appraisal structure
Who we’re looking for:
- BACP, UKCP or equivalent accredited Counsellor
- Recognised diploma qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum)
- Experience in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload - ideally in Primary Care or workplace/ OH setting
- Experienced in delivering brief but effective therapy
- Previous experience of delivering group psychoeducation sessions
- Clinician who is looking for a role with a mixture of online and face-to-face therapy delivery – and with previous experience of both
- Experienced working with adults and has a broad range of clinical experience to draw upon
- Excellent communicator, with a proactive and positive approach
- Passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
