Finance Assistant Matlock, England
Job description
We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to support the work undertaken by the Business Partnering team in providing financial advice and guidance to the Childrens Services Department. The team provides high quality and effective financial support to all areas of the Children’s Services department and works alongside the School Finance Service in supporting Schools.
Previous experience in a finance role is required and familiarity with SAP is an advantage. You will need to be enthusiastic, organised, willing to learn and be attentive to detail. The role provides an ideal opportunity for someone looking to continue or commence a formal qualification in Accounting such as AAT (dependent on approval to study).
Team members are designated as flexible employees, operating a hybrid working approach between County Hall and working from home.
