How You Can Impact The Business
- Your excellent customer service skills will ensure a warm and welcoming environment guaranteeing repeat custom;
- Your barista skills will offer a quality experience, crafting outstanding cups of coffee every time;
- Your resilience will help to exceed the store KPI’s through upselling;
- You will work with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store;
- Your awareness of the Costa Check criteria and NPS will contribute towards team achievements; and
- Your till operation skills will ensure accurate cash handling procedures.

Desirable
- Worked within a customer facing environment;
- Worked in the hospitality/ retail industry; and
- Barista experience.
