Are you looking for your next step within property finance? Here at One Property Recruitment, we are working with a well-established and award-winning managing agent who specialise across leasehold, build-to-rent property management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress with an industry leader, in a highly experienced accounts team. You will have strong foundational knowledge and experience of leasehold accounts at this level and ideally experience using Qube/Propman. Your core duties will include:-
- Answering any accounts queries from tenants/leaseholders and landlords with customer service at the forefront of delivery
- Assisting in the preparation of year end accounts
- Sales ledger postings and daily reconciliation of accounts
- Raising service charge demands
- Chasing any arrears and ensuring rent payments are made on time
- Overseeing all credit control procedures
- Carrying out Landlord and contractor payment runs
- Assisting in circulating information to clients and responding to requests as needed
- Maintaining the system and ensuring it is up to date with any relevant changes
Are you personable, driven and keen to learn? This will be an excellent first step or indeed next step within the industry with a well-established managing agent. My client is known for their tight-knit team culture, with personality fit and demonstrating an enthusiastic work ethic being a key factor for team culture. I am looking for the following attributes/experience:-
- At least 2+ years’ experience working within leasehold service charge accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Keen to learn and passionate about the industry
· Personable, team player and able to work well independently
