What will you do?
Technology is at the forefront of our firm and we are in an exciting period of development and transformation. We are looking for an individual with an IT background that can help with the training and development of our staff to ensure they are getting maximum value from our software. You will be joining our Software Development Team to deliver firmwide training to new and existing staff.
You will be based in our central Plymouth office with flexibility to work from home part of the week after a period of training.
What do you offer?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of delivering software training, both remotely and in-person to stakeholders at all levels.
- Enthusiasm to research software functionality and create easily digestible training content.
- A relevant qualification in L&D/software development.
- Experience in developing knowledge bases and updating/creating training material, including training videos, user guides and eLearning.
- Excellent administrative, time management & communication skills.
- The ability to learn new systems and processes at pace.
