Job description
Do you enjoy using strategic, analytical, relationship-building and change management skills to drive high-profile, complex initiatives that positively impact an organisation’s success? Read on – this may be the role for you.
The Corporate Strategy and Solutions team partners with Macquarie businesses and support areas to pursue commercial opportunities, navigate complex business issues, and help facilitate change. We are a driven, collaborative and diverse team that works closely with business leaders across areas of strategy and business development, M&A, operational improvement, digital and climate related work.
We work across all of Macquarie’s business groups and support functions, so our projects are varied; for example, our recent work has included energy transition strategy, the establishment of new renewable energy businesses, geographic expansion, business unit transformations, regulatory change, and strategy development for the Macquarie Group Foundation (our philanthropic arm). We’re proud to offer a flat, collaborative environment, exposure to business leaders and a reputation that means your point of view is expected and heard.
We typically hire strategy consultants, but we’re also keen to hear from you if you bring a strong and broad consulting toolkit and commercial experience gained across multiple engagements and/or industries. Experience on data and/or digital engagements is also desirable. As a Manager, you will work on a range of projects so an ability to apply yourself to complex and ambiguous problems will aid your enjoyment of and success in this role. You will also be an expert relationship builder and able to adapt your communication style to a range of audiences.
If you are ready to join a high-calibre, highly collaborative team, apply today.
