What You Will Do as a Security Officer If you're looking for a rewarding career full of new experiences, exciting opportunities, and career development, then Wilson James is the place for you. As a Security Officer, you will provide security patrols and services to the site on a 24/7 basis. You will build strong multi-tasking abilities and customer service skills as you will be meeting and greeting all visitors to site. You will need to be comfortable with verifying credentials of all persons who enter the building and ensure they comply with office rules and procedures. You will welcome and converse with internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manger, whilst display and outstanding level of customer service striving to meet and exceed expectations. You will protect the building occupants and property, maintaining civil order and responding to any incidents which may occur on site. You will carry out both internal and external patrols. You will also carry out access control duties, including static and or standing post as directed by management and monitor CCTV including the activity of those who enter and leave the building.
