Are you a connected and influential professional in the IT industry? Do you have an existing client base that you're looking to transition or retire from? Or perhaps you're an account manager with clients seeking services but lacking the necessary resources to fulfill their needs. We are looking for someone like you to join forces with our managed IT and cybersecurity business!
We are seeking a strategic partner who can leverage their existing relationships to bring new customers, clients, or accounts to our business. This partnership is ideal for individuals who have clients they wish to transition to a trusted and reliable MSP like us, or for those looking to retire and hand over their customer base. Account managers who have clients seeking services but lack the resources to offer them are also welcome to explore this opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Prospective Clients: Actively reach out to your existing network, industry contacts, and potential leads to identify businesses or individuals in need of managed IT and cybersecurity services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, challenges, and goals. Develop a deep understanding of their IT infrastructure requirements and security concerns.
- Client Transition or Retention: For individuals looking to transition or retire from the IT industry, facilitate the smooth transfer of their client base to our managed IT and cybersecurity business. Ensure a seamless handover process to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Consultation and Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their IT and cybersecurity requirements. Analyze their existing infrastructure, identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Present Service Offerings: Articulate the value proposition of our managed IT and cybersecurity services to potential clients. Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of partnering with our business.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Collaborate with our technical team to design comprehensive and customized IT and cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Negotiation and Agreement: Engage in negotiation discussions with prospective clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements on service scope, pricing, and contract terms. Collaborate with our team to finalize and execute contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service. Continuously engage with clients to address their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Partnership Development: Actively seek out potential partnerships and collaborations with other MSPs, account managers, or retiring IT professionals to expand our client base. Explore opportunities for cross-referrals and strategic alliances.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in our CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates on client acquisition efforts, successes, and challenges.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
