Job Description

Metaprise is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join at a very exciting time and be based in our London office where he/she will collaborate with the existing Success and report to the VP of Talent/HR Director team. The ideal candidate will have a tech/product background, an understanding of each market and affiliated trends, and an interest in fintech. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Work within Metaprise’s new UK Success Team to meet business-critical deadlines.
  • Interpret requirements of multiple roles and communicate to relevant candidates.
  • Ensure you adhere to the diversity and inclusion quota when sourcing.
  • Take on a central role in advancing Metaprise’s hiring process and establishing significant growth on a monthly basis.
  • Manage candidate expectations and own the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work extensively across multiple ATS platforms maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage the process workflow for all activities, from initial request stage to closing.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Assume ownership of internal business operations.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • A minimum of three years of recruitment experience in a professional remit.
  • A deep understanding of the fast-paced tech and product industries and affiliated trends.
  • A natural ability to collaborate with Metaprise’s global teams effectively and also work independently.
  • A healthy dose of passion for digitalisation and digital technologies at the HR/IT interface.
  • The ability to recognise relevant skills/experience based on CVs.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with candidates from junior to senior level.
  • A genuine interest in current and future tech/product trends.
  • A desire to represent the business in a professional and ethical manner.
  • The confidence and curiosity to ask questions.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent communicative skills.

Desirable

  • 3 years experience working internally for an international company or a recruitment consultancy.
  • Creative thinking and an interest in the “bigger picture”.
  • The initiative to solve problems and push back where necessary.
  • A genuine desire to develop your own career within Metaprise and progress organically.
