Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Specialist
Kings Hill, Hybrid
£25,000 – £30,000pa + Benefits
Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm (Hybrid)
Initially being offered on a 6mftc
KHR has partnered with one of the quickest-growing businesses in Kent which at present have a fantastic opportunity in their Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Team.
The key role of the Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Specialist is to be the point of contact for candidates managing the full 180 process from start to finish.
Duties and Responsibilities will include;
– Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various position
– Attract top talent across various geographies through direct sourcing channels
– Utilise the internal system to track and manage candidate information
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
– Post job adverts on various platform
– Utilise recruiting tools to attract qualified candidates
– Assist with employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires
– Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations
– Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Candidate Profile
– Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a talent acquisition role
– Experience with recruiting for roles in an engineering/construction environment would be beneficial
– Experience with using a variety of resourcing methods including direct sourcing, agency input, etc
– Have a genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
– Have an up-to-date understanding of recruitment practices and legislation
– Be able to adapt to different situations with a calm approach
– Previous experience using applicant tracking systems and databases
– Excellent verbal and written communication
