Job description
GZA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience to support our growth initiatives and recruiting needs across the company. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner who can coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: managing job postings in several mediums, recruiting for exempt and non-exempt personnel, scheduling interviews, following up with managers and candidates, and assisting with onboarding new employees. This person will be an integral part of a collaborative HR team.
Skills/Requirements:
- BS/BA with coursework/concentration in HR a plus
- Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Must be a team-player
- Ability to produce a high volume of error-free documents on a regular basis
- Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Adept at prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in small, team-oriented, demanding environment
This position is based out of our Corporate office located in Norwood, Massachusetts. It is a hybrid position with the expectation of 3 days per week in the office (once fully trained and up and running).
