BSI is recruiting for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Assurance team to support the recruitment in our Auditing, Sales, and Marketing departments.
This is a home-based role on a 5 month fixed-term basis with the occasional need to attend our Milton Keynes offices, where you will act as a point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates and third-party suppliers.
Having worked on recruiting for a variety of different roles across a range of salary levels, this is a great opportunity for a multi skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to showcase great communication skills by working collaboratively and developing effective working relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- A versatile Talent Acquisition Partner, who has experience recruiting within a fast-paced environment - experiences aligned to Engineering preferred.
- Strong direct sourcing skills, with a focus on providing outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- The ability to partner with business leaders and stakeholders, advising on strategic as well as operational matters.
- Experience of in-house recruiting, direct sourcing, pipelining and data mining.
- Recruitment Management System experience (preferably Workday).
- Recruitment legislation knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Talent Acquisition solutions and work in partnership with our Hiring Managers to proactively provide a best in class recruitment service in a competitive and challenging market.
- Identify and seek out talented individuals with the right capability and skills to join BSI.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive activity; including develop and execute sourcing plans, build talent pipelines and direct sourcing.

- Proven track record in 360 Recruitment.
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong customer service and solutions focussed.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Commercially astute, focused on adding value.
