Job Introduction

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join the Rapport family!

You will be based at our Client's amazing location with beautiful views over Canary Wharf. They are one of the most recognised financial organisation in the world. You will join a diverse team across two locations within walking distance, giving you an amazing opportunity to learn and develop.

Employment will be subject to a successful vetting outcome which includes a requirement of proof of a UK address for the last 6 years.

40 hrs per week / Monday-Friday / 8 hour shifts / Contracted hours: 07:00-18:00

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide seamless guest management on behalf of the clients, including the active welcome of all employees and guests into the building, hosting and escorting of guests when required
  • To take ownership of the reception areas, checking standards of cleanliness and reporting all faults or issues promptly
  • When on client floors; to meet all guests at lift lobby/ reception areas and escorting to their meeting rooms
  • Perform room checks, ensuring that high levels of cleanliness are achieved and that all rooms have the correct branded items
  • To work closely with all other service providers, contractors and the corporate services team.
  • Perform administration duties when required
The Ideal Candidate
  • experience in corporate environment is essential,
  • you will have excellent organizational skills
  • you will be passionate about providing the best guest experience, and
  • be flexibility in covering different buildings and floors (ground floor, executive floor, conference space)
