Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Receptionist to work in a highly efficient, professional and friendly reception team providing excellent customer service.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

  • Welcoming and registering guests at the main reception
  • Following company service and H&S standards at all times
  • Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Handling all external and internal calls in a professional and timely manner
The Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate about delivering great service
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and taking initiative are key and must have attention to detail
  • Experience in 5-star customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Proficiency in business administration
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong time management skills
  • A passion for helping and assisting other
  • A high level of attention to detail
