We are currently looking for kind and compassionate home care workers available within the Goscote, Pelsall, Rushall, Coalpool, Birchills, Blakenall areas between the hours of 4-11pm. This role is ideal if you are looking to provide companionship to older adults in the community, or perhaps you have had experience of helping a family member and would like to use your experience to help others. This is a highly rewarding role where you will be working ‘one to one’ with our clients, allowing professional friendships to develop as well as working within a tight knit and supportive team.

Care Assistant Benefits:
- Competitive pay - from £10.25 to £11.25 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates from £20 per hour
- Minimum 1-hour calls – with client matching for continuity.
- Part time to full time hours available as well as weekend staff only

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a care professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Support with medication
