Exciting opportunity for a dynamic corporate receptionist looking for a part-time role in the City.
Role consists of working with Reception Manager to ensure a 5* service is provided to our client and their tenants , including but not limited to the below tasks:
-5* customer service, welcoming visitors to the building
-Full ownership of the Reception area whenever Reception Manager is not around
-Being first point of contact for tenants and visitors alike
-Tenant support, pre-booking visitors
-Liaising with different service providers within the building
-Supporting with floor viewings and marketing events
-Supporting Reception Manager with site pop-ups and events calendar
-Social platform engagement management together with Reception Manager
-Admin support to Building Management whenever needed
The ideal candidate must:
-Be able to provide outstanding customer service
-Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative
-Be able to work on their own when needed
-Have excellent communication skills
-Have exceptional attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £16,000.00-£16,500.00 per year
