Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
- To process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room and visitor management system
- To ensure that the client’s and ISS procedures and standards are met, providing a five star meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants
- To work as part of the Front of House team maintaining five-star standards
- To assist in the training of other Client Services and Network Team Members
- To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines
- To lead by example at all times and be a role model for the team
- To maintain excellent working relationships with the other onsite contractors
- To maintain excellent working relationships with the tenants and designated tenant contact points within the building
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Good standard of general education
- English and Maths GCSE A to C grade
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management
- Customer service skills
- Technical ability - Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Motivated, committed and flexible
