Job description
Our new Corporate Receptionist role is a direct corporate position, based in a multi tenanted building.
This Investment bank are keen on finding an experienced candidate who is confident in providing a 5* customer experience to all who enter, building strong relationships with guests and team members.
This building provides support to clients in large international markets through its network with a presence in major countries in Europe, America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Monday - Friday
Rotating Shift Patterns ( 0800 - 1800 )
Salary - £25,000pa
About The Role
- Provide and excellent 5 star service, meeting and greeting of internal and external clients, notifying the booker/host of arrival and holding clients at reception or taking them to their allotted room as requested, making sure they do not get forgotten.
- Dealing with any internal and external clients queries.
- Liaising with hospitality team on client’s arrival.
- Checking meeting rooms to make sure they are ready for the next meeting.
- Managing overrunning meeting, giving priority to external client meetings.
- Call handling of all incoming switchboard calls, answering within three rings. Direct internal and external calls promptly to the appropriate person/department and advising callers where required.
