Portico is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for a new Concierge to join a high-performing team based in the heart of the City, at one of our largest contracts.

The warm welcome from our Concierge determines the first impressions visitors have of our clients’ business. The role of the Concierge is to provide the highest level of client care through a personalized bespoke service to all visitors and bank staff that use the Concierge desk and associated services. The Concierge is responsible for the day to day running of the Lifestyle Platform and promoting this within the business.

The ideal candidate will come from a customer service role within a high end environment.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 7am-6:30pm
