About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our successful, well established internship program at Ferrero. We work closely with our interns to ensure their program is rewarding, exciting and provides the most relevant skills for their future careers. You will have real responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to value-add projects, learning from the very best minds in the industry. As well as the valuable work experience you will gain, you will be part of a group of interns working and learning together.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide updates on activity in the UK Houses of Parliament, UK government and its agencies, political parties, think tanks, NGOs and pressure groups;
- Support on stakeholder engagement programmes, including drafting correspondence with parliamentarians, and engaging with parliamentary offices;
- Support implementation of key PR campaigns to communicate our positions externally.
- Support with the creation of content to amplify Ferrero story across corporate digital channels.
- Produce weekly reports on political and media developments for circulation within the business
- Support with project management on UK CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme.
- Support on relationships with key external partners, NGOs, etc
- Help organise Corporate Affairs events

You will have a real passion for learning and development and the ability to complete work to a very high standard to tight deadlines. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and work well as part of a team. We will pro-actively support you to get the most out of your internship placement and encourage for you to seek out and explore as many enriching experiences as possible.

The recruitment process consists of three stages:
- Phone Interviews March 2023
- Testing stage week of the 20th March
- Assessment Center April 2023
The program starts between July – September 2023 and will be a 12 months program.
