Meraki Talent’s financial services client is actively looking for a Corporate Actions professional to join their expanding team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Corporate Actions events are processed accurately and within agreed timescales including collation and input of client elections, event notifications, broadcasting and updating client portfolios.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Actions Executive
- Building strong relationships with all parties involved with the Corporate Action process.
- Processing stock notifications and issuing relevant event information.
- Assist in the compilation of statistics and reporting plus regular liaison with Front Office and third parties.
- Work within the defined governance framework to ensure risks and issues associated with the process are appropriately recorded and monitored.
- Assist with reviews of liquidations.
Background of the Corporate Actions Executive
- Hands on knowledge of Corporate Actions is essential
- Experience working within a large scale financial services/investment house
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge across settlement operations would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure, with high attention to detail
