Job Title: Corporate Account Manager
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 with OTE to £80,000 + Car Allowance
Contract type: Permanent
About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a successful and long-standing team in our Glasgow office as a Corporate Account Manager.
Working on a hybrid basis, you will Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 Corporate clients who currently use Arrow products and Services. We are looking for someone who can upsell and cross sell new services into these accounts, whilst ensuring the customer remains happy.
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. We are looking for someone who can build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, whilst maintaining accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
You will work closely with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
What you’ll do
- Handle enquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Visit customers to build relationships and look at opportunities for sales
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
