Job description
The Core Custody team is leading Global Product Development covering settlements, clearing, custody and asset servicing solutions.
This role is to operate within the Asset Services pillar of Core Custody team. To ensure top class offering the team is working closely with business, legal, compliance, risk, operations and technology partners’ in identifying and implementing product changes/enhancements in line with business, regulatory and market requirements.
The goals of the role will be to develop a strong understanding of Custody and in specific Asset Services and identifying continuous improvements around how this is done through use of data and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the data quality and governance for asset services along with operations and technology. Address any data inconsistencies identified.
Be the agent of transformation of existing structure into a more productive, efficiently controlled, more digitalized / less human dependent and metrically managed one.
Review existing offerings and create Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threads analysis.
Drive the standardisation of products across markets and regions.
Work alongside different teams to understand new market developments and how these fit in with the product strategy and client demand/requirements
Qualifications:
You have been resident in UK 3 yrs prior to starting apprenticeship with the right to work in UK
Minimum A-C or 4-9 in Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
