We are highly international (more than 2/3 of our sales are from markets outside of the UK) and highly digital – we were an early embracer of eCommerce and the channel now represents 90% of our revenue. We’re also a digital marketing machine: acquiring customers profitably from first order, with more than half returning for a second order during the current pregnancy and more and more coming back to us again when the family grows further. This all contributes to market leading profit and product margins and our double-digit growth rates across the world put the rest to shame.
But we’re just getting started. With plans to significantly expand in our key markets in the next 12 months and to add more acquisition channels, we’re really in the sweet spot. We have significant momentum – but we’re still small enough that you’ll see your impact every day.

Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Creative Copywriter to join our team. As a Senior Creative Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in defining and building the tone of voice for our brand. You will lead the creative copy strategy within our marketing function, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our brand values.
Responsibilities:
- Build a seasonal toolkit of copy that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Define and create captivating copy for marketing campaigns, ensuring our messaging effectively communicates our brand's unique selling points.
- Lead the development of engaging headline copy for on-site creative assets, driving customer engagement and conversion.
- Craft clear and concise crisis communication for customer service, maintaining a professional and reassuring tone.
- Write press releases to highlight celebrity endorsements of our products, generating buzz and media coverage.
- Develop press releases for new product and collection launches, capturing the attention of journalists and industry influencers.
- Build traffic through engaging content pages, utilizing SEO e-commerce copy for page headers and navigation.
- Create social community copy, adapting and evolving the brand's tone of voice to resonate with our target audience.
- Write persuasive broadcast emails that effectively communicate fashion trends while highlighting the functionality of our products.
- Develop compelling ad copy for performance marketing campaigns, maximizing the impact and reach of our advertisements - creating persuasive and attention-grabbing copy that delivers results.
- Write narrative copy for paid video content, crafting engaging stories that captivate and inspire our audience.
- Create informative and persuasive product descriptions that strike a balance between fashion and functionality.
- Write quotes and product articles for press, effectively communicating the value and uniqueness of our offerings.
- Contribute to brand voice development, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate on marketing collateral, including taglines, slogans, and content strategy to support our brand's positioning.
- Contribute to translation strategy, ensuring that our messaging is effectively adapted for different markets and cultures.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a creative copywriter, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful copy strategies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful copy across various channels.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand brand positioning and translate it into compelling copy.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience writing e-commerce copy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging narratives.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
