Propstore is one of the world’s leading retailers and auction houses of iconic, rare and valuable film and entertainment memorabilia. We operate offices out of London and Los Angeles, selling to collectors worldwide online and via live auctions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Research and describe the unique film memorabilia items brought in daily for auction and buy now listings.
- Maintain a high and consistent creative quality in-line with the brand style guide.
- Manage and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment to meet fixed deadlines.
- Interact with other key staff and stakeholders professionally.
- Follow company procedures and processes relating to inventory management.
- Accurately track project progress on different platforms.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding workload and team processes.
- Edit and proofread your work and that of others.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with our clients regarding their items.
- Deal with a small number of customer calls and emails in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Maintain communication with the Los Angeles copywriting team regularly to ensure continuity globally.
Required Skills
- Excellent fluent spoken and written English (IELTS level 9 / CEFR level C2 or equivalent - fully operational command of the language. Use of English is appropriate, accurate and fluent, and shows complete understanding.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Writing experience is essential.
