We are currently seeking a talented Copywriter who specializes in crafting compelling product descriptions to join our team.

The Copywriter (Product Descriptions) will be primarily responsible for writing engaging and informative product descriptions for our luxury items. This role requires a passion for writing, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives on delivering high-quality work and can also support other e-commerce tasks or copywriting needs for different departments as required.

Potential for this to be a FT or PT role for the right applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Write captivating product descriptions for a wide range of luxury items, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
• Gather product details and understand key selling points.
• Conduct research on products and brands to enhance the quality and authenticity of the descriptions.
• Craft compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates the unique features and benefits of each product.
• Edit and proofread product descriptions for grammar, spelling, and punctuation, ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Support with e-commerce tasks, such as content management, styling, shipping and inventory updates, as needed.
• Assist with copywriting projects for other departments, including marketing materials, blog posts, and email campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Excellent writing skills with a passion for storytelling and the ability to engage readers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey product attributes accurately.
• Efficient and able to work quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with luxury fashion brands and an understanding of their unique selling points.
• Ability to adapt writing style to match brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Proficiency in proofreading and editing written content.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with content management systems is an asset.
• Experience using Shopify is an asset.
• Previous copywriting experience or related education is preferred.
