JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Public Relations and Marketing Communications, the Marketing Copywriter will work closely with members of the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver exceptional quality written content for marketing campaigns, including long-form reports, case studies, infographics, explainers, social media posts, web copy and promotional materials.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and write long-form reports, white papers, bylines, etc. to use for marketing materials.
- Develop short copy for other marketing materials, including infographics, explainers, web copy, social media posts, etc.
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to develop strategic sales and marketing campaigns.
- Support development of brand initiatives.
- Provide occasional support for development of sales-supporting content.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing methodologies and processes.
- Proven experience building end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional writing skills with the versatility to adapt to different formats, lengths, and contexts.
- Proven experience working with long-form technical and complex subject matter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Knowledge of global trade and/or import and export processes is an asset.
