Do you love the challenge of turning a blank page into a compelling narrative?

If so, we have the perfect role for you.

We are looking for an experienced copywriter that has a solid background writing copy across a variety of digital platforms.

As a copywriter, you will be responsible for planning and writing copy for landing pages, websites, product page descriptions, digital ads, and email campaigns exclusively for products that improve well-being.

This role is for someone that loves doing deep dives on figuring out audiences and is passionate about writing world-class copy to achieve high conversion rates.

The core responsibility for this role is to deliver stellar copy for our portfolio of clients and can be broken down into the two categories:

Be the Copywriter

You will take the lead on providing copy for a portfolio of clients. You'll begin by understanding their current and prospective audience and coming up with the copy. You will work alongside our creative team and collaborate with our clients to fully understand objectives.

You will also work closely with the teams of leading health and wellness influencers that have millions of followers to help craft messages that resonate with their audience.

Be a leader

You will use your experience to provide support and mentorship to others on the team. We expect that you already have the skills needed to succeed as a copywriter and are looking for someone who is passionate about providing mentorship to a team of intermediate copywriters.

A few traits about you:

Phenomenal writing and editing skills. You have a proven track record for delivering high quality copy. You are known as an excellent writer with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Have a high standard of excellence that borders on perfection, while being pragmatic enough to deliver results.
Have a strong belief that the sky is the limit. You have a growth mindset and have a track record driving growth. You like to push the envelope of what is possible and are savvy enough to make it happen.
Have a sense of humbleness. While you may be excellent at what you do, when it comes to tackling issues, you are open-minded and have a sense of humility.
Have a desire to mentor. You are not only passionate about learning for yourself but want to pass on your knowledge to others. You enjoy seeing others succeed and enjoy providing mentorship support to the team.

Some of the experience you have:

3 or more years working in digital marketing either at an agency, brand, or affiliate.
Must have experience in direct-response marketing on funnels that are using Facebook or Google Ads. The funnels need to be doing at least 6 figures a month in volume.
Bonus if you have experience with wire framing layouts.

This position can be either out of our harbourfront Victoria, Canada office, or remote within North America. We would gladly assist you and your family in relocation related expenses if you are chosen for this position and decide to move.
