About the role:
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for:
The successful Copywriter will be responsible for writing and editing content for a variety of projects (including print, web, video, and social media), working closely with the account and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. This role is key to ensure a clear and concise communication to our customers about our products and services.
On a daily basis you’ll have the opportunity to;
Lead the day to day management of all B2C social media and digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion
Develop and create social media content and campaign calendar across Baxi Facebook Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube, working with internal and external partners to develop content plans, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with advertising standards
Develop creative, innovative content for social and digital channels to engage with homeowners and promote brand-focused messages
Manage digital marketing activity across PPC, remarketing and display advertising to drive conversions and leads, to include ad copy, landing page optimisation, creative assets and key messages
Identify website content and customer journey improvements to drive homeowner engagement and conversion and implement an ongoing improvement plan
Provide reporting and ROI on digital and social marketing activity in line with the objectives by channel and campaign, and identify recommendations for future activity based on results
Interested in environmental and sustainability issues.
Degree level education with significant experience in communication.
Brilliant copywriting, speech-writing and proofing skills.
An ability to manage and brief design agencies.
Strong understanding of media platforms and ability to create engaging content.
Confident presenting skills and an ability to write and run workshops.
Management of external agencies and suppliers
About you
We want to make sure you’re set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application you’ll need to;
Experience in Content creation, writing engaging copy and creating assets for use across digital and social channels
Proofreading and editing
Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail
Experience of managing digital marketing campaigns including PPC and remarketing
Agency management and briefing
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms – both organic and paid.
Communication and stakeholder management
Strong verbal and written skills
Analytical and able to make recommendations based on data
