Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for a Business Improvement Assistant Project Manager to join us offering remote / flexible working.


What you'll be doing


As a BI Assistant Project Manager, you will report to the Strategic Development Director of our Highways SBU and have direct contact with other members of the Highways Leadership Team and related Team Leaders.

Mainly, you’ll be supporting the implementation of our Business Improvement strategy with the Highways business, including the day-to-day delivery of multiple change projects and programmes. The initial phase of the project will be about engagement with both our customers and employees.


Who we're looking for


You will have the following:

  • Good use of MS PowerPoint and experience of SharePoint
  • Degree qualified
  • Highways or construction sector experience ideally
  • Business improvement in communications
