What's in it for me?

We are currently recruiting for Refuse Loaders in the Swindon area
This is a temporary ongoing role, with the potential for a permanent contract after a qualifying period
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30am-2.30pm or 7am-3pm
Pay Rate is £10.85 per hour, with overtime paid if you work over 37 hours (Up to Triple time)
Once you have completed 6 weeks you will be guaranteed to be paid 7.4 hours per day, even if you finish early

Day to Day Duties

As a Refuse Loader you will be working in small teams, collecting green waste, plastics or refuse alongside the waste vehicle
This is an outside job, so you must be prepared to work in all weather types

Essential Skills

To be considered for the Refuse Loader role:
You will need to be physically fit, due to the nature of the role and be prepared to work outdoors in all types of weather
Work well as part of a fast paced, small team

Desirable Experience

Previous experience working as a Refuse Loader is desirable, but definitely not essential
