About the role

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for creating, managing and implementing a range of activities and initiatives to ensure our international students have the best possible welcome and experience with us. You will deliver an inclusive and responsive service that collaborates with colleagues across the University.

You will monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of all activities, to ensure a high-quality programme and to continuously improve our support, using feedback mechanisms and benchmarking. In addition, you will deliver general support to students where necessary through 1:1 appointments, group sessions and workshops providing advice on issues related to international students.

About you

With experience in delivering advice or support to a diverse range of clients, you will have experience in a comparable setting, coordinating operations activities. Experience supporting and delivering events and projects is key, alongside having experience of working effectively in an environment of complex regulation and procedures that bring complex queries.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to recognise changes in the international market and adapt approaches accordingly, ensuring we continue to work and always consider the University values of inclusive, inspiring and impactful. The ability to work collaboratively is key, ensuring we can provide a quality service that is always continuously improved.
