We have an exciting opportunity for a Skills Development Network Coordinator to join our team. Building on our long history of effective partnership and system working across the East of England (EoE), the Coordinator will develop the East Accord Skills Development Network, to enable targeted support across the partnership, driving forward our agenda to support our workforce.
The East Accord is a complex network of partners working together on digital, data and technology (DDaT) solutions. This role will support collaborative working, the sharing of good practice, and provide high quality project management across the Skills Development network.
You'll have excellent planning, organisation, and communications skills, be able to deal with a range of tasks and priorities in a remote working environment and be able to use your initiative. You'll lead reporting and analysis across a range of stakeholders, functions, and projects, so you will need experience of analysing and interpreting data, as well as great organisation skills across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Whilst the role is challenging it is an extremely rewarding environment in which the team develop and adopt best practice methodologies, explore unchartered waters, develop innovative approaches whilst supporting others to make a difference where it matters.
