People Coordinator
Our London office is currently 130+ people and growing. We are looking for a People Coordinator with 1-3 years’ generalist experience to support the Head of People with administration and coordination of the employee life cycle. This is a rewarding opportunity in an international, fast paced, and highly ambitious creative environment that requires a high level of multitasking, organisation, and administration skills. You will be able to use initiative, and capable of working both within a team and independently.Primary areas of responsibility:
- Provide advice and response to queries from employees, escalating when necessary
- Support with on and offboarding of employees
- Right to work checks.
- Manage new employment offers, contracts and visa applications of new employees
- Immigration – maintaining of employee records and ensuring employer duties are submitted in the Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
- Manage variations of employment contracts
- Own the HRIS (bob). Maintain, create, and update information and records on the HRIS. Setting up of flows, triggers and tasks
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment
- Updating and maintaining of documentation/templates
- Adding and removing employees to/from benefits and schemes
- Adding and removing employees from platforms/systems
- Organise, support, and follow up on ongoing feedback and evaluation processes
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures and best practice and some knowledge of employment law
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment - preferably from an architectural or creative background
- Communicates fluently in English, verbal and written
- Works well with Office365 and experience of working in a HRIS
- Seeks an opportunity to gain experience within the HR field
- Degree and/or Masters in HR Management is desirable.
