Coordinator - Hybrid

Salary: £17.46 per hour

Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Then this temporary opportunity to work as a Coordinator for a leading London university could be for you! This 4 week opportunity will see the postholder support the centre that provides development opportunities to early career researchers.

Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of the relevant course provision
  • Play an integral role in contributing to the smooth running and effectiveness of the Centre, including event management
  • Have responsibility for the relevant inbox and diary management
  • Have responsibility for providing administrative support for courses, mock interviews, one-to-one support sessions and key projects
  • Coordinate data collection
Coordinator Essentials:
  • Degree educated
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Experience managing central inboxes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
