Job description
Responsible for assisting the operational effectiveness and administration of the Serviced Apartments. From responding to enquires, processing payments from bookings and arranging maintenance requirements to dealing with all aspects of new serviced apartments that come onto the companies books and the hand back of old apartments. This is a dual role which includes further responsibilities in assisting APL Maintenance department with aspects of their finance processes.
- Maintain the serviced apartment booking overview spreadsheet,
- Deal with all enquiries and bookings regarding serviced apartments,
- Arrange all aspects of a serviced apartment check-in,
- Maintain booking.com availability and advertising,
- Create and issue invoices for bookings, follow up on outstanding invoices,
- Deal with mail received in serviced apartments,
- Maintain the serviced phone and broadband records,
- Observe and monitor utility payments made for serviced apartments,
- Maintain serviced apartment lease end dates document,
- Arrange and co-ordinate serviced apartment maintenance issues,
- Deal with all aspects of new serviced apartments and the hand back of old apartments.
Duties and responsibilities for APL Maintenance Department
- Book in PAT renewals
- Work with Sage 50 Accounts,
- Create and issue customer invoices,
- Receive customer remittance advices and mark up payments,
- Log supplier invoices received,
- Mark up supplier payments,
- Reconcile the bank account,
- Input supply invoices on SAGE
- Maintain the APL Maintenance bank account,
- Record all bank payments and receipts on Sage,
- Manage and receipt all credit card payments,
- Keep on top of outstanding invoices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
