Job description
We operate a homecare service in Brierley Hill and need a Coordination Assistant.
The main duties could involve:
1. Taking & making phone calls relating to people's care needs and/or staffing issues
2. Liaising with people who receive care, their families, staff and Local Authorities
3. Administrating any relevant details on our Access People Planner system
A successful applicant could demonstrate:

4. An ability to communicate effectively
5. Good computer skills
6. A flexible attitude towards learning new skills and taking on new tasks
7. Some knowledge of the homecare/healthcare industry
