This is an exciting opportunity for a Cook with a passion for working in a care setting

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Have good knowledge of the dysphagia (IDDSI framework)
- Create/manage the two nutritious menu choices
- Provide a wholesome, family style of cooking for a group of elderly adults with different dietary requirements.
- To manage and order food stock.
- To maintain a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard.
- To work with the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food
- Keep daily food and cleaning charts up to date
Requirements
- DBS check (paid for by the company)
- Some flexibility to do overtime when required
- 07:30 - 17:00 (Including alternative weekends)
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- NVQ Level 2 in catering
- 3 years experience in any catering role with a basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Part-time hours: 24.5 per week
Salary: £9.66-£11.00 per hour

Experience:
- Catering: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering (required)
