Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Cook /Kitchen Assistant. Experience in a fast-paced catering environment is preferred, but if you have some cooking experience, a positive attitude and are keen to learn then we would be willing to train you
Working alongside the Head Chef you will be responsible for the following:
· Preparation of food to consistently high standards
· Cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
· Adhering to Food Hygiene Regulations and other safety procedures at all times· Supporting the Head Chef to ensure the efficient running of the kitchen
The Café is a busy catering environment, which is open 7 days a week throughout the year. This position is a full-time permanent role working 5 shifts a week including weekends and Bank Holidays in line with the rota.
