Cook - Dorking

Summary

The Hours: Full time position. 37.5 hours per week. Typical shift 8am - 4pm, working 5 out of 7 days a week. Weekend work required (3 out of 4 a month). Bank holiday, school holiday and weekend work required. No evening or split shifts
This role is more focussed on baking rather than cooking. Following recipes from the National Trust cookbook. The ideal candidate would have some kitchen experience, but it's not necessary. A passion for baking/cooking is key.
The Salary: ?£22,152.00 pa
Duration: 12 months fixed term (with possibility of extension)
Interview Date: 17th July or ASAP

What you'll be doing

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,?making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.?? 

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
