Liz Earle Commercial Admin Support Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Liz Earle Commercial Team, supporting the delivery of the plan across our High Street Commercial team. Working as part of a wider Commercial team, you will form part of the Boots and John Lewis Account teams where you will play a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of the commercial plan.
This is an opportunity for a self-starting and driven individual looking to either start or progress their career within a commercial function, with an opportunity to have an instant impact on Liz Earle and the implementation of the plan. You will be a key member of the Commercial team, liaising cross functionally to ensure that we land our commercial plans with executional excellence.
The role will give the individual outstanding exposure to the commercial function. We are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic individual who wants to develop and successful career in Account Management.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the Account Executive(s) in sales and performance tracking, collating data and information to help draw conclusions and improve performance
- Coordinating retailer nominations requests and proformas, including new line forms and promotion set up
- Leading the management of linelists and retailer plan documents to ensure sufficient reporting of activity and accurate data management. This includes updating and amending systems that hold information such as Sales Orders and SKU level pricing
- Ensuring effective communication and coordinated activity between brand and field sales team, helping to organise communications and updates where required and being the main point of contact
- Representing the wider Account team in key internal weekly and bi-weekly meetings concerning Supply, Project and Product teams, collating feedback and sharing outputs and actions with the wider Commercial team
- Holding productive relationships both internally (Liz Earle & wider No7BC) and externally (Boots UK) with your key counterparts, driving performance and advocacy
What you’ll need to have
- Excellent numeracy and administration skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Great attention to detail and a right first-time attitude
- Collaborative team player whilst having the ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) whether face to face, Teams or e-mail etc.
- Confidence in using initiative to create and/or seek out solutions
- Ability to build strong network of contacts across the business both internally and externally
It would be great if you also had
- Passion for beauty
- Whilst commercial experience is not required, an appetite and interest in developing in Account Management is preferred
- Attention to detail and communicates effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills
