What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Assistant Managers, you'll be based at Calke Abbey, one of the East Midlands’ top 10 visitor attractions. The newly refurbished restaurant serves local and seasonal produce, including organically reared meat from the estate. As well as the house, Calke is popular with visitors looking to explore the gardens, pleasure grounds, stableyards, and the 600+ acre estate including an ancient deer park, wetland and nature reserve. Our popular commercial spaces such as the restaurant, café, pop-up refreshments and shop help to make much of Calke’s extensive conservation work possible.
Due to the remote location of Calke Abbey we would encourage you to consider how you would commute here before you apply.
