Live-in cook
Large bright airy flat - new kitchen with dining area, large living room with lots of light and large bedroom and bathroom thats shared.

Rent and council tax is part of salary - electricity is paid by employee
4/5 days a week including weekends and occasional evenings, long and short days - we're flexible.
Responsibilities include -
Cooking, writing menus, stock control/rotation, ordering and maintaining cleanliness
Budgeting and controlling wastage
helping organise events/supper clubs
required experience -
must be able to handle service alone
must be used to busy service
experience in a cafe/bistro busy environment
experience with meat/game/seafood would be ideal
experience or willing to learn aboutbaking bread/sourdough and cakes
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months
Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
