At Lee’s the kitchen really is the heart of the restaurant and you will be the heartbeat. The cook controls the quality of the product that is produced and how quickly the customer is served. The job requires strong ability to multitask and coordinate the different cook times for various products. At Lee’s the cook position is more demanding than just putting frozen foods into a fryer. We honey dip and hand bread all our products then pressure fry them. What Does It Mean To Be A Lee’s Famous Cook? Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old No experience required Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing Excellent food safety and sanitation practices and complies with HACCP standards Ability to operate pressure fryers, other kitchen equipment, and work with hot oil Provide the highest quality of food Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
